 Membership Requirements

• You must be between 21 and 39 years of age.


• You must have completed an application for membership. You may use the form provided below, or you may contact ust via telephone or mail or contact our officers directly for a printed application.


• Membership dues cost $55 annually. You may make your dues payments by check to the Pulaski County Jaycees, Inc.
